Simple ingredients and a simple sauce make a simple meal.
💧 Start by getting pasta water ready for egg noodles.
🍄 Drain and rinse tofu, cook off and break up in a pan; add snow peas that have been soaking in ice water (makes them extra crispy); add enoki mushrooms, drizzle with oyster sauce (MSG free) and incorporate cooked egg noodles. Top with green onions, chili oil and siracha (optional) #done
