Rotten leftovers dripping off the back shelf; 4 bags of carrots in four different places, expired cheese sitting under a fuzzy tomato: somewhere I wouldn't buy my groceries or store my food. How me and my fridge talk:

1 πŸƒ Beverage Shelf: milk and my shopping timer (restock milk = restock fridge)

2 πŸƒ Bulk Produce Shelf: veggies and fruits like spinach, romaine, trays of berries

3 🍳 Cook or Reheat Shelf: proteins, raw meats, eggs and leftovers

4 🌰 Bulk Root Veggies: potatoes, sweet potatoes, carrots

5 πŸ… Use Soon Drawer: veggies for various moods

6 🍱 Asian Door Shelf (because I'm Asian πŸ‘©πŸ»): soy sauce, ponzu, oyster sauce, miso, etc

7 πŸ§€ Cheese Door Shelf: two words = "portion control" or I would fill a drawer

8 πŸ‘¦πŸ»πŸ‘ΆπŸΌ Grab Snacks for the boys (including beverages for Daddy): yogurt, cheese strings, bread 

By designating sections in the fridge I can tell with one quick look where we're running low and it looks like we need to pile into the car now πŸš™
